Make it cozy!
Bedrooms
Make all beds, fluff pillows, smooth wrinkles on blankets, straighten curtains and window coverings, clear off and dust nightstands and any other furniture in all bedrooms.
freshen up!
Bathrooms
Clear off vanities and sinks, clean all surfaces to include mirrors and glass showers, close the toilet lid, mop the floor, straighten display towels, remove laundry baskets, trash bins, tissue boxes, soap dishes, bath mats, and any other items lying around.
take it outside!
Exterior
Remove real estate signs, large noticeable weeds, toys, bicycles, trash bins, garden hoses, etc. Move all vehicles from the driveway. Mow lawn, rake leaves, blow or sweep grass clippings from driveway, walkways and paths, cover dirt with mulch. Straighten and clean outdoor furniture. Remove pool cleaning equipment, toys, debris, vacuums from in the pool, etc.
Less is more!
General
Remove family photos, personalized decor, memorabilia, trash bins, animal food bowls, beds, toys etc. Clear all countertops, vanities, table tops and any other surfaces in the home. Remove all shoes, bags, umbrella, jackets and other clutter from entry way.
LOUNGE TIME!
Living/Common areas
Remove tv remotes, video game equipment, cords, books magazines and additional clutter, fluff couch cushions and pillows, vacuum and mop floors, clear off and dust/polish coffee and end tables.
prep it!
Kitchen/Dining
Clear off and clean all countertops, polish all appliances, remove all items from front and sides of refrigerator, hide trash bin, vacuum and mop floors, set dining table, use a low-height centerpiece.
